Simi Alexander Valley Cabernet with Ahi Tuna Breaks the Rules!

Chef Andrew and I break the rules!  “Avoid Cabernet Sauvignon with fish or seafood.”

So of course we paired the Cabernet with Grilled Ahi Tuna.  Oh yes we did!

Chef Andrew’s black tea berry reduction sauce with fresh rosemary, black pepper cashews and green onion tied everything together.
