Valley of the Moon Chardonnay with French Toast!

Chef Andrew and I taste the Valley of the Moon Chardonnay from Sonoma Coast.  We could have paired this with salmon… yawn, but no.  Chef Andrew chose to pair it with French Toast with Maple Butter and Chicken Apple Sausage.  Wow!  It was delicious!

And who doesn’t like breakfast for dinner?  This would be a great combo to try!
