Montes Classic Series Cabernet Sauvignon with the Talented Trio

Katie our Cheese Specialist, our Chef Andrew, and I paired the Montes Classic Series Cabernet Sauvignon with a cocoa-rubbed cheese and with Chef’s pizza with sausage, goat cheese and spicy arugula.  They all paired together so well!  The recipe for the pizza can be found in the current issue of Hy-Vee’s Seasons magazine.
